Life can get stressful and it’s easy to lose yourself in work, socialising and family so sometimes it’s really important to take a step back and really check in on how you’re doing.

This includes your physical, mental and emotional health because even if you neglect it, it will catch up on you and that’s never fun.

So this is your daily reminder to check in on yourself.

How have you been? Are you eating and exercising regularly? Have you had time to yourself to reflect on everything that’s gone on in the past week? Are you happy?

We can wait until pigs fly for people to check up on us, so it’s important that you check up on yourself. At the end of the day, no matter where you are, you need to be your own best friend.
